Patrick has over 20 years of experience as a producer and director of TV spots, corporate films, and marketing videos.

He has directed an unusual mix of public figures and celebrities, including Bill Gates, John Glenn, C. Everett Koop, Val Kilmer, Joe Gibbs, Wyclef Jean, Ryan Lochte, Quincy Jones, Ross Perot, and major political figures.

Patrick earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Drexel University, where he also played collegiate basketball. He has been a featured speaker in undergraduate and graduate media production courses and remains active in local nonprofit and philanthropic causes.

Tom is the CFO/COO at RaffertyWeiss Media. He is in charge of all financial and operational function for the company and brings over 23 years of experience as a CFO/COO of various small businesses with him.

Tom has worked with companies ranging from 5 to 250 full-time employees from startups to established family businesses, handling all financial and accounting matters as well as some operational functions. He works directly with the RaffertyWeiss Media staff on a weekly basis.

Tom earned his Bachelor of Business Administration with a degree in accounting from Siena College where he also played basketball for four years. He then became a CPA and worked as a public accountant for the first ten years prior to becoming a consultant and business owner.

Brie has been with RaffertyWeiss Media since 2015 and has produced and edited hundreds of videos and multimedia projects. Her work spans internal communications, nationwide PSA campaigns, and marketing content for websites and social platforms across the nonprofit, government, and corporate sectors.

Brie oversees post-production for many of the company's projects and supports clients, agency partners, and production teams from pre-production through final delivery.

She contributes to the creation, planning, and pitching of visual themes and motifs best suited to each project's audience and purpose. Her skills also include media management, motion graphics, color grading, and final delivery systems.

Jonathan is a native Washingtonian, an award-winning producer, and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

He brings more than 20 years of experience across Fortune 500 companies, TV networks, studios, government agencies, associations, institutions, and nonprofits. Jonathan began his career in film and television development with Academy Award-winning producers at Warner Bros., Showtime, Hallmark Channel, and NBC before moving into producer and supervisor roles for documentaries, features, and commercials.

Since returning to DC, Jonathan has worked across the corporate, government, and nonprofit worlds in producer, videographer, editor, and project manager roles. At RaffertyWeiss Media, he focuses on new business development and client relations.

Originally from Sonoma, California, Andrew is a video editor and motion designer. He graduated from American University with a degree in Film and Media Arts. As an editor/motion designer, Andrew has worked on projects that range from marketing to documentaries to podcasts and social media content. He has worked with clients such as Expedia, the New England Aquarium, Destination Vancouver, and Maryland Public Television.
