VIDEO PRODUCTION FOR E-LEARNING
At RaffertyWeiss Media, we are more than just a video production company; we’re a team of skilled and experienced video professionals who specialize in creating engaging and effective eLearning and training videos. Over the past two years, the demand for eLearning videos and courses has dramatically increased. If you need eLearning or training videos for your organization, our capabilities cover a wide range of subjects and topics, from commercial real estate to bioethics to healthcare issues and more.
We take pride in our ability to approach each project with a unique and creative perspective. Whether it’s an all-graphics design, on-camera host-driven presentation, animation, interviews with subject matter experts, or dramatic role-playing scenarios, we have the expertise to create the perfect video for your eLearning or training course.
Our clients come from various industries and sectors, including domestic and international organizations, nonprofits, industry associations, educational institutions, state, local, and federal government agencies, and large, medium, and small businesses. Whether you need us to provide a portion of the content or produce the entire course, including authoring, our team can handle it.
For the Urban Land Institute’s Introduction to the Foundations of Commercial Real Estate eLearning course, we produced five engaging and informative videos, each approximately 2-3 hours long. These videos provide an overview of the concepts, issues, systems, tools, and players in the commercial real estate ecosystem nationally. The undergraduate course was launched at Colgate University and was a huge success.
We worked with Georgetown University on their Bioethics eLearning videos, producing six 1-2 hour-long videos and one two-minute-long promotional video for their eLearning platform. Georgetown University professors were recorded delivering presentations on camera, and our team edited the footage in post-production along with graphic slates and animated text graphics. The course was distributed internationally and became a significant revenue source for the university’s Bioethics department.
Our work with AARP on the “Smart Driver” eLearning course is another example of our ability to create effective and engaging videos for training purposes. We produced 18 2-6-minute-long videos focusing on a wide array of subject material, from health issues that may impact older drivers to new vehicle and roadway safety features. This eLearning course is currently running nationally by AARP instructors.
Whether you’re looking for an engaging and informative eLearning course on a specific topic, or you need a video that will help your employees stay up to date on the latest procedures and protocols, RaffertyWeiss Media has the expertise and experience to deliver the eLearning results you need.

The Do Good Institute had the privilege of working with Rafferty Weiss for an expansive project where we sought to bring to life the stories of 10 of our most impactful student and alumni groups in a new kind of digital exhibit that lives permanently in the School of Public Policy at the University of Maryland. From the vision setting and planning to the creative execution, RW worked with us to ensure that our original vision remained intact while also offering their professional expertise to improve upon it. They took on the incredible challenge of filming vertically to ensure that all our stories were formatted for the digital exhibit, and we watched their whole crew adapt on the spot to shoot our interviews in the best way possible. Their entire crew was a delight to work with on set, both professional and personable, and always took the extra time to make everything perfect. Our end result: ten incredible videos that serve as the basis for our Change the World Exhibit. We highly recommend working with Rafferty Weiss!
Gonzaga has worked with Rafferty Weiss on projects large and small and I can say that they are the consummate team players. From concept to recording to editing, they have taken the time to listen and then articulate the school’s mission in a way that reflects the institution’s spirit. A class group, they’re a joy to work with.
