PATRICK RAFFERTY 

Owner/Producer/Director

Patrick has over 20 years experience as a producer and director of TV spots, corporate image films and marketing videos.

He has directed what you might call an intriguing mix of public figures and celebrities, including Bill Gates, John Glenn, C. Everett Koop, Val Kilmer, Joe Gibbs, Wyclef Jean, Ryan Lochte, Quincy Jones, Ross Perot, and many major political figures.

Patrick earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Drexel University, where he also played collegiate basketball.  A leader in local non-profit and philanthropic causes, he has been a featured speaker in undergraduate and graduate media production courses.

TOM ROGINSKI

CFO

Tom is the CFO/COO at RaffertyWeiss Media. He is in charge of all financial and operational function for the company and brings over 23 years of experience as a CFO/COO of various small businesses with him.

Tom has worked with companies ranging from 5 to 250 full-time employees from startups to established family businesses, handling all financial and accounting matters as well as some operational functions. He works directly with the RaffertyWeiss Media staff on a weekly basis.

Tom earned his Bachelor of Business Administration with a degree in accounting from Siena College where he also played basketball for four years. He then became a CPA and worked as a public accountant for the first ten years prior to becoming a consultant and business owner.

BRIE BICKMORE

Producer/Editor

Brie has been with RaffertyWeiss Media since 2015 and has been handled a variety of projects both large and small as a producer and editor. She has produced and edited hundreds of videos and various multimedia projects, from internal communications to nationwide PSA campaigns to marketing promos shared on websites and social media platforms for a clients across the non-profit, government, and corporate sectors.

Brie also oversees the day-to-day management of all video projects in the post-production phase.

She is an excellent communicator and her expertise and guidance to our RaffertyWeiss Media clients, ad agency contacts, production heads during pre-production and all the way to post-production is amazing.

Not only does Brie edit but she helps in the creation, planning, and pitching of visual themes and motifs best suited to each project’s aim, audience, and overall message.

Whether its taking a project in post-production to create the finished piece she has many other talent and skills including transferring/transcoding and archiving/organizing digital assets; non-linear editing of footage and other digital assets; designing and composing graphic elements; creating/animating motion graphics; grading raw footage; identifying appropriate final delivery systems for finished projects and providing on-time deliverables to our clients.

YARI JAMALI 

Editor

Yari is a videographer, editor, and motion designer. A storyteller from a young age, he has dabbled with many mediums, including creative writing, stand-up comedy, and theatre.

Yari graduated from the University of Maryland with a bachelor’s degree in communication. During his communications career, he worked with clients such as SEC, NIH, and the NSF.

As a video professional, he has worked for Voice of America, Newseum, AARP and the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Yari obtained his masters degree in Film and Media Production from American University, where he took courses in photography, screenwriting, production, and motion graphics. Yari has edited some award-winning films in the DMV’s local festivals, including “In Harmony with the Community” and “The Haunting of John Tennally.

JONATHON STEIN

Producer/Project Manager

Jonathan is a native Washingtonian, an award-winning producer, and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Jonathan brings over 20 years of experience across a diverse range of clients, from Fortune 500 companies, TV networks, and studios – to government agencies, associations, institutions, and non-profits. Jonathan got his professional start in film/tv development for Academy Award-winning producers at Warner Bros., Showtime, Hallmark Channel, and NBC. He moved into producer and supervisor roles for various documentaries, features, and commercials. Since moving back to DC, Jonathan has worked in the corporate, government, and non-profit world, wearing various hats including producer, videographer, editor and project manager on hundreds of branded videos. Jonathan is thrilled to be part of the team at RaffertyWeiss Media, using his experience in video production and project management to focus on new business development and client relations.
